My experience so far has been absolutely incredible. We left our last apartment coming out of a pretty bad situation; dealing with our leasing office, pipes bursting and not receiving any news about the possible damage that may have been inflicted upon our unit, valet parking that was in total disarray, among many other things. The leasing staff at PARC White Rock have been phenomenal, DeVaughn was awesome to work with, allowing me to come back multiple times to measure out the apartment to fit furniture and getting our keys/move-in day was a breeze!
